This is an incredible video of the true master Anthony Robbins. He tells us that in order to get extraordinary things done, we have to get ourselves into an extraordinary state of mind. We have to create FOCUS.
But the real question is: What do we focus on?
The answer is: On our exciting goals.
And the best way to create that focus is through the use of GREAT QUESTIONS. Not lousy questions but GREAT QUESTIONS.
I have been trying to undarstand what it is, that separates greatness from mediocrity in life.
Two words:
Number one : GOALS
Number two: GREAT QUESTIONS to direct your focus toward YOUR goals.
Action: Have goals. Ask great questions. Your success is guaranteed.

Answer: You create a new life by changing your behaviors. How do you change your behaviors? There are 2 approaches to changing the way you behave or act. Inside out and outside in. The inside out approach uses things like changing your beliefs, changing your values, asking better questions, affirmations, visualizations, meditation etc. The outside in approach is to change the way you use your body muscles, your eye muscles, your voice muscles etc. Both approaches work. The point of this post is not to teach you how to change your behavior. You can learn that on your own or by paying attention to my past and future posts. The point here is simply this: If you somehow get yourself to change your behavior, everything else will change as well. Act: Change the way you speak, what you say, when you say it, how you say it, change the way you listen, how you listen, when you listen, change the way you walk, breath, change what you eat, how you eat, how much, when, change the way you use your hands, your back, your neck, your legs, your lips, and at the same time change the way you think by developing new beliefs and asking better questions. Sounds strange? Maybe..it does, but it works, the choice is yours.
Answer: What will happen when you stop being yourself, will you become somebody else?
You bet. All your life you’ve heard the famous worn out “be yourself” advice. Until now. Actually do exactly opposite. Become somebody else. Why? Because you can. It’s a choice. It might be frightening-right? What about my friends, my family, and my own ego? Read the question again. The choice is yours. Act: Change your behaviour. Start doing things you have always dreamed of. Ask the question often to keep your focus. Take the world-it is yours:)
