Goal setting: How to get what you want every time.

Below is the vid by Mike Reining, that I really like, because it is pretty straight forward without too much psychological voo-doo. Tells you pretty much how it is with goal setting.

To this I want to add: You will have to eliminate a lot of “useless little activities” from your life to free up time for what is the most important.

ACT: Create a list of 1 to 10 goals and go for it. Narrow down your choices. Do less. Achieve more. Always keep a list of 1 to 10 goals. Once you achieve one of them, immediately replace it with another one. Good choices.
